The Key R&D Plan of Shandong Province is an important component of the Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Plan. It is aimed at the forefront of world science and technology, the main field of the economy, major national needs, and people's lives and health. It focuses on supporting cutting-edge and disruptive technology research, common key technology research and application demonstration, as well as forward-looking policy analysis and empirical research and other scientific and technological activities, promoting deep integration of innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain, and providing sustained support and guidance for the high-quality development of the province's economy and society.

The "Development of LiDAR Remote Sensing Technology for Offshore Wind Power" project led by Qingdao Leice Chuangxin Technology Co., Ltd. is expected to complete the research and development, upgrading, and commercial application of key LiDAR systems throughout the entire lifecycle of offshore wind power, promote efficient site selection, power increase and load reduction, and intelligent operation and maintenance of offshore wind farms, promote the industrialization of the upstream and downstream industrial chain in Shandong, and serve the Bozhong and Peninsula South regions of Shandong Province. The construction of three offshore wind power bases in the northern part of the peninsula provides effective wind measurement LiDAR equipment and technical service support for the province and even the whole country's offshore wind power, and contributes to the rapid development of China's offshore smart wind power industry.
