Professor Da Lianglong of Naval Submarine Academy and Dean Dong Qian of Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital won the highest science and technology award in the city. The achievements won the Science and Technology Progress Award, and 4 people won the International Cooperation Award. It is worth mentioning that the achievements of industry-university-research cooperation between enterprises and universities and scientific research institutes are particularly obvious in the Technology Invention Award and the Science and Technology Progress Award, accounting for 64 of the 91 projects participated by all enterprises, accounting for 70.3%.
