In 2023, Lasertest was successfully rated as a national-level specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise, achieving a milestone achievement. In the five years since its establishment, the company has actively carried out research, development and industrialization of atmospheric and oceanic lidar technology and equipment, actively promoted the transformation and implementation of relevant results, and provided strong support for the localization of high-end lidar equipment in my country.

LEICE won the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ministry of Education
In 2023, the "Wind Field Three-Dimensional High-Resolution Remote Sensing Lidar and Application" project jointly applied by Laser Technology, Ocean University of China, and the Meteorological Detection Center of the China Meteorological Administration won the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education. This is the first time that the company has received an important science and technology award from a national ministry, and its work on the transformation of industry-university-research results has been highly recognized.

In 2023, the "Lidar Remote Sensing Technology Development for Offshore Wind Power" project, led by Laser Test and jointly applied by many top wind power scientific research institutions, power owners and OEMs in the country, successfully won the Shandong Province Key Research and Development Plan (Major Scientific and Technological Innovation Project ) project support. Laser Test Innovation successfully served the weather support of the 31st World Universiade
In 2023, Laser Testing will serve the meteorological support of the 31st Universiade, deploying multiple wind measurement lidars and forming a special meteorological service team to achieve three-dimensional analysis of high, medium and low vertical gradient fields inside and outside the venue. Wind field data monitoring provided equipment support for the analysis of surrounding micro-scale meteorological conditions, and successfully provided refined three-dimensional wind field observation data and analysis services for the opening ceremony of the Universiade.

Laser Testing has completed the construction of my country's first Doppler lidar three-dimensional monitoring network on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau
In 2023, Laser Testing Core successfully completed the construction of my country's first Tibetan Plateau wind field and flux lidar three-dimensional monitoring network, completed the equipment deployment and network platform access of multiple observation sites, covering the typical meteorological characteristics of the Tibetan Plateau It is the highest altitude and largest wind field and flux observation lidar three-dimensional monitoring network in the country and even the world so far.

Lasertest was awarded the title of National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise in 2023
In 2023, Lechi Chuangxin was successfully awarded the title of National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise. Lidar products with independent intellectual property rights have been widely used in smart wind power, environmental meteorology, aviation safety and efficiency improvement, atmospheric and ocean observation research and other fields.

Land and sea linkage, the laser detection and core laser radar stereoscopic observation network successfully completed the tracking and observation mission of the strong typhoon "Dusuri"
In 2023, Laser Testing Core deployed nearly 20 sets of wind measurement lidars to achieve land-sea linkage, successfully tracked and observed Typhoon "Dusuri", and obtained accurate, complete, and valuable three-dimensional observation data of strong typhoons. In addition, the lidar observation network successfully recorded the detailed structural characteristics of the atmospheric boundary layer wind field when the typhoon made landfall, and the structural characteristics of cloud aerosols before and after the typhoon made landfall. This provided effective support for typhoon characteristics analysis and forecast and warning research.
