Not long ago, a floating wind measurement lidar serving offshore wind power projects was deployed offshore Qingdao. This kind of radar can monitor the environment in real time even under complicated weather conditions, below 500 meters height and about 10 kilometers radius, and transmit information such as wind direction and wind speed back to the big data platform. “The construction cost is one-third of the traditional means, and it can serve the intelligent operation and maintenance of offshore wind farms for a long time.
