Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the development and maintenance of backend system business and common modules.
2. Assist the project manager with project initiation, design, development, and implementation tasks.
3. Support business project integration, coordination, joint debugging, and training activities.

4. Maintain company-delivered products, organize project-related documentation, and provide technical support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Automation Control, Precision Instruments, or a related field.
2. Proficient in Java programming language and object-oriented design, with a good understanding of IO, multi-threading, collections, and basic frameworks. Some knowledge of JVM principles is a plus.
3. Familiar with mainstream web frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, MyBatis, and database development using MySQL, Oracle, etc. Understanding of HTTP protocols and TCP Socket programming.
4. Familiar with design patterns, distributed systems, caching, messaging mechanisms, and proficient in the Linux development environment and shell scripting. Capable of independently completing project deployment and troubleshooting.
5. Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, and related web technologies.
6. Strong communication and text editing skills, a good sense of teamwork, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to grasp multi-disciplinary knowledge.
7. Good understanding, expression, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
