Job Responsibilities:

1. Under the leadership of the Quality Director, carry out quality inspection work for the company's engineering services and after-sales services;
2. Responsible for performing sampling inspections and quality recognition in the field according to the technical documents and contract requirements of engineering services and after-sales services;
3. Report any non-compliances discovered to the Quality Director, propose corrective actions, and organize the engineering services, product manufacturing, and R&D departments to resolve non-conformities;
4. Supervise and inspect the safety management requirements during the appearance construction process, assist the field service team with on-site support;
5. Complete customer satisfaction surveys and enhance communication with clients;
6. Complete after-sales product fault data collection, organize analysis of product failure causes, and manage the timeliness of handling customer complaints.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher, engineering background, preferably in electronics products;
2. Familiar with product quality management or after-sales service work, with over 3 years of experience in electromechanical equipment production, quality inspection, or after-sales service;
3. Strong communication skills;
4. Strong self-management and stress resilience skills.
