Job Responsibilities:
- Review the manufacturing processes for new products, evaluate the manufacturability of product designs, including process plans, equipment layout, wiring, and harness routing, to ensure effective involvement during the early R&D phase and avoid revisions during mass production.
- Standardize the internal wiring harness of equipment.
- Oversee the overall process of introducing new products from R&D to production, anticipate potential manufacturability issues at each stage, and provide improvement suggestions.
- Lead the preparation for pilot production, analyze, resolve, and provide feedback on issues during trial production, track improvements, and ensure that trial production issues are effectively closed to ensure smooth transition to mass production.
During the process design phase, create engineering designs and output process documentation (process flow diagrams, special situation checklists, SOPs, work instructions, exception summaries).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in process engineering in the electronics industry, familiar with SMT, electronic product production processes, and project management.
- Experience in the electronics, electrical products, or industrial control products industries.
- Experience with harness optimization and circuit board process control.
- Experience in production line monitoring in a workshop environment is preferred.
