Job responsibilities:

1、Responsible for electronic procurement work, the main work includes: procurement orders, arrival tracking, material exception handling, reconciliation, payment, etc.;

2、Responsible for electronic materials and supplier price comparison, bargaining negotiations, in accordance with the annual target to complete the cost reduction work;

3、System in and out of warehouse management and reconciliation;

4, the signing of procurement-related contracts: confidentiality agreements, procurement contracts, commissioned processing agreements, integrity and honesty agreements;

5、Responsible for the procurement management of new projects, the main content includes: the cost of new projects to coordinate the offer, cost analysis, trial production of materials to follow up the progress of the complete set of procurement-related issues, coordination, evaluation of new projects, key materials for the supply side of the production capacity of the risk assessment and set up the corresponding program;

6, responsible for the material supplier management, including sourcing, daily management of suppliers and business docking.

Job requirements:

1, bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in electronic related materials procurement (such as PCB, terminals, connectors, motors, etc.);

2, sensitive to data and electronic material prices, meticulous and rigorous work.

3, the ability to estimate the material offer and the ability to make judgment on the reasonableness of the supplier's offer;

4, good oral and written expression and negotiation skills; strong communication and team coordination skills;

5, the ability to analyze problems and the ability to integrate resources, strong sense of cost control and service consciousness;

6, familiar with ERP, office software and other related systems.
