Recently, there has been a positive collaboration between Qinghai Tibet Plateau Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Qingdao Leice Transient Technology Co., Ltd. Our team worked tirelessly with the customers to overcome the adverse factors present in the harsh natural environment of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau. Recently, the China National Intellectual Property Administration released the Announcement on the Evaluation Results of National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprises and Demonstration Enterprises in 2023, and Qingdao Leice was successfully rated as the National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise in 2023. “National Intellectual Property Advantageous Enterprises and Demonstration Enterprises” is the highest honor and evaluation given by the state to enterprises in intellectual property management. Among them, National IPR Advantageous Enterprises refer to those enterprises which belong to the key industrial fields of the country and the city, can undertake major and key industrial development projects of the country and the city, have independent intellectual property rights, actively carry out intellectual property rights protection and utilization, establish comprehensive intellectual property rights management system and mechanism, and have comprehensive strength of intellectual property rights.
Recently, the labor union of Qingdao LEICE and the labor union of Qingdao Jufeng Science and Technology Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for the twinning and co-construction of workers' homes, at which the Notice of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions “On the Organization of ‘Twinning and Co-construction’ of Model Workers' Homes for the Year of 2023” was read out. The team from Ocean University of China carried out high-precision measurements of the dynamic profile of the ocean atmospheric boundary layer, by using a coherent Doppler wind lidar developed by a Leice. The continuous profile observations of the sea atmosphere boundary layer were achieved, revealing its spatiotemporal evolution characteristics. The Lidar technology have broad application prospects, as powerful scientific analysis tool in the fields of ocean aerodynamics research, ocean visibility analysis, sea fog monitoring and warning, parameterization of sea atmosphere prediction models, and coupling analysis of ocean atmosphere interactions.
Recently, the Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province announced the first batch of proposed projects for the 2023 Shandong Province Key R&D Plan (Major Science and Technology Innovation Project). The "Development of LiDAR Remote Sensing Technology for Offshore Wind Power" project, led by Qingdao Leice Transient Technology Co., Ltd. and jointly applied by multiple top domestic wind power research institutions, power farms owners, and turbine factories, has successfully received support for the 2023 Shandong Province Key Research and Development Plan (Major Science and Technology Innovation Project).
Recently, the Qingdao Marine Development Bureau announced the list of Qingdao Marine Engineering Technology Collaborative Innovation Centers for 2023, with a total of 10 recognized in the city. Recently, Qingdao Leice Transient Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Leice") received equity investment from CRRC Capital Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CRRC Capital") in the CRRC Transformation and Upgrading Fund.
The research team led by Associate Professor Song Xiaoquan from Ocean University of China utilized the Wind3D 6000 Doppler wind lidar from Qingdao Leice to observe the characteristics of sea and land winds in the Huludao area and analyze their impact on ozone pollution. The related results were published in the Journal of Optics and selected as a highlight article in the Space, Atmospheric, Oceanic and Environmental Optics (SAME) special issue. The team uses LiDAR to capture the fine structure of sea and land winds, and combines it with a mesoscale WRF model to study the effect of sea and land wind circulation on local ozone pollution, providing new ideas for local meteorological pollution research.
Recently, after the procedures of unit declaration, district and city preliminary examination, centralized defense, field verification and meeting research, Qingdao Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security released the list of 2023 Qingdao Postdoctoral Stations (Bases) and Qingdao Expert Workstations to be recognized, and Qingdao Radiometrics Chuangxin Science and Technology Co.
